Caring for Our People, Strengthening Our Communities

Where People Come First—and Communities Thrive

At Labor Systems, we believe that taking care of our people goes hand in hand with taking care of the communities we serve. As we head into the holiday season, we’re reminded that our success as a company isn’t just measured in numbers—it’s measured in people. The employees who show up every day, the clients who trust us to meet their workforce needs, and the communities that support both are at the heart of everything we do.

For more than four decades, Labor Systems has made it a priority to give back. Each year, we continue our tradition of donating to local charities on behalf of every employee—because our success only means something when it helps others succeed, too.

This year, we’re proud to continue that mission through a program that empowers every team member to make a meaningful choice and have included a list of local charities in which are proud to donate.

Cornerstone Mission
Denver Rescue Mission
Flagstaff Family Food
Open Door Mission
Salvation Army
St Mary’s Food Band Alliance
St. Vincent DePaul
The Shade Tree
Union Mission
Mary’s Place

It’s a simple but powerful way to celebrate the season—by choosing to share a meal with family or helping another family in need enjoy theirs.

While this program is an internal initiative, it reflects something much larger: the heart behind who we are as a company.

A Reflection of Our Core Values

At Labor Systems, our values aren’t just words on paper—they shape how we serve, hire, and give back.

  • Community: We invest in the people and places that make our work possible.
  • Integrity: We keep our promises, and we follow through—especially when it comes to doing what’s right.
  • Respect: We recognize the dignity of every worker, client, and community partner.
  • Teamwork: We know that real success happens when we lift each other up.

These same principles guide how we recruit and place reliable workers, how we partner with clients to solve staffing challenges, and how we build long-term relationships grounded in trust and mutual respect.

When our employees feel valued, they bring that same dedication to the job site. When our communities are supported, local businesses thrive. And when we all work together, everyone benefits.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we want to extend our gratitude—to our employees who make our mission possible, to our clients who trust us as their workforce partner, and to the communities who remind us why we do what we do.

Because at the end of the day, Labor Systems isn’t just a staffing agency, we’re a team of people committed to caring—for our workers, for our clients, and for the world we share.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Labor Systems.
