Labor Systems was founded in 1985, and what began as one Arizona office has grown to a network of offices in eleven states. Throughout our history, we have held to an unwavering commitment to our customers and a belief in doing things the old-fashioned way – with trust. We focus on matching qualified, ready temporary employees with client companies in a variety of industries and owe our success to being flexible and efficient at every step.

We are and always have been privately owned and operated. Our leadership is comprised of eight individuals who have over a century’s worth of combined industry experience. As longtime industry specialists, we understand your unique needs and develop business practices that help you succeed.
